This site is operated by XEC Global, LLC, doing business as Nursing Executives (“we”), a Texas limited liability company.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact and roster forms: your name, email, phone, organization, role information, licensure details, and the message you write. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

How we use it

To respond to you, to evaluate whether an engagement or assignment fits, and to contact roster members about assignments that match their background. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our company email. Our email is hosted by Apple. Those providers handle data under their own terms.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this page.

Please do not send protected information

Do not include patient or resident information, Social Security numbers, or full license numbers in any form or email.
