About

A nurse executive, not a middleman

Nursing Executives is the interim leadership practice of XEC Global, LLC, a Texas company founded in 2025.

Bryan Woltemath, RN, BSN

Founder & Interim Nurse Executive

Bryan is a registered nurse with an active Texas multistate license and more than fifteen years in critical care and perioperative nursing. He has held the roles he now fills for others: Director of Nursing and Administrator of an ambulatory surgery center, where he opened the facility, led it through its first AAAHC accreditation survey, directed its EHR implementation, and later led it through an ownership transition and a regulatory-compliant closure.

He still works the floor. Alongside leadership, Bryan provides contract perioperative nursing in the Houston area, which keeps his clinical judgment current and his decisions grounded in how care is actually delivered.

Before nursing leadership, Bryan spent years as a systems and network administrator and holds MCSE, MCP and CompTIA A+ credentials. That background shows up in how he approaches EHR configuration, data security and the systems a facility depends on.

Education: BSN, UT Health Science Center at Houston School of Nursing (magna cum laude); AAS in Nursing, Montgomery Community College. Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS. Associations: AONL, Texas Nurses Association, APIC.

What “XEC” means

Say it aloud: “exec.” XEC Global, LLC is the legal company; Nursing Executives is the name we practice under. The crossed-X in our mark is a monogram for XEC — and, for those who recognize it, a quiet reference to the Greek letter chi.

How we work

Nursing Executives is openly faith-centered, and that shapes how we work: honest representation of what we have done, work done heartily, and the same standard of integrity for every facility and every nurse leader we deal with.

Our company is new. We say so, and we limit what we claim to what we have done.
