For facilities

Interim leadership when you need it

A qualified nurse executive in the DON or Administrator seat while you recruit, restructure, prepare for survey or transition.

When facilities call us

  • A Director of Nursing or Administrator has left, and the posting has not filled.
  • An accreditation or state survey is approaching and the department needs a steady hand.
  • Ownership or management is changing hands.
  • A new facility is opening, or an existing one is closing in an orderly, compliant way.
  • A leader is on extended leave and coverage is needed.

What an interim leader covers

Regulatory readiness

CMS and accreditation standards, survey preparation, plans of correction, documentation review.

Operations

Vendor and supply management, EHR and systems oversight, physical plant and life safety coordination.

Transition

Openings, ownership transitions and closures, including records retention and controlled-substance reconciliation with counsel.

Facility types

Ambulatory surgery centers — our deepest experience.

Skilled nursing and long-term acute care — considered case by case, where the role and licensure fit.

Terms

Interim engagements only. We do not offer permanent placement or direct-hire search. Pricing is quoted per engagement based on role, location and term — there is no published rate card.

Before an assignment begins

We complete license verification and provide the onboarding and insurance documentation your agreement requires. No work starts until the written agreement is signed.

Interim leaders serve as Director of Nursing or Administrator of record only when formally designated in writing by the facility.
